Tito Chavez

President/ Owner

Optimal Tile Inc. was founded in 2016, and has come a long way from its beginnings. "I always dreamt of having a family owned business and here we are today surpassing expectations one tile at a time." states Tito.

Tito is a determined owner, always willing to grow by seeking great working relationships and attending workshops periodically. During his free time, he is enjoying his new title of being a dad along with going to sporting events with his family.

Miguel Chavez

Lead Tile Setter

Miguel is the newest member of Optimal Tile Inc., he has been a tile setter for 23 years. His favorite part about setting tile is working with customers transforming their spaces from dreams to reality. He also really enjoys the overall craftsmanship that comes with the trade. During his time off he enjoys spending it with his beautiful family, his children are the center of his universe.

Miguel Chavez

Tile Helper

Miguel has been working for Optimal Tile Inc. now for 2.5 years. However, it seems like he has been part of the trade most of his life. What he enjoys most about the tile industry is the variety of styles that can be possible with designing a space. He also really likes being able to network with so many different kind of people. During his free time, he enjoys skateboarding and hanging out with friends.
